Tree & Shrub Warranty
Trees and Shrubs are guaranteed for 1 year from purchase date when purchased with:
- A minimum of 1 bag Bumper Crop Soil Builder and 1 bag Biotone, or the recommended amount quantity of plants purchased.
- All items must be on the same receipt.
good to know:
- All returns must be accompanied by the following:
- the original receipt or customer purchase history
- dead plant or recent dated photo
- plant tag.
- Warranty covers a one-time store credit of 100% of the purchase price. No cash refunds.
- Trees & Shrubs covered by this warranty must be planted in the ground.
- Warranty does not apply for dead plants under the following conditions:
- trees and shrubs purchased at a 50% discount or more
- trees and shrubs planted in containers
- lack of proper horticultural care (eg watering, fertilizing, etc.)
- extreme weather events (eg storms, floods, etc.)
- frost
- drought
- animal browsing
- Warranty does not guarantee inventory of identical plant varieties.
- Caryopteris, Buddleias, Hemlocks and Roses are not covered under warranty.
