Dianthus – Pinks
Perennial dianthus is an old-time favorite for perennial beds and containers. They are great when planted in mass, for rock gardens, or borders. They grow best in part to full sun, and aren’t particularly appetizing to deer. They are relatively low maintenance, and will flower again after deadheading. The foliage has an attractive, fine texture, and the flowers attract bees and butterflies.
