Time to Plant Bulbs
9/29/15
Fall for many of us is a time to clean your landscape beds, prune trees and shrubs, mulch and prepare for winter dormancy. However, Fall is also a fantastic time to plant trees, shrubs, grasses, perennials and fall bulbs. Fall bulbs are to be planted before the ground freezes. Different types of fall bulbs include many spring time favorites such as Tulips, Daffodils, Crocus, Allium, Muscari and more. These easy to grow bulbs are typically the first signs that spring has sprung or is near.
Stop on out and shop our display of Netherland Fall bulbs to add some seasonal interest and impact to your landscape this Fall. Some that are available now include grape hyacinths, tulips, narcissus, grecian wildflowers, allium (pictured left), as well as Scott’s Bulb Food.
